Just come back from a 3 night stay. Kyle was lovely and welcoming. The rooms were basic but had everything we needed including iron, tea, coffee etc and a TV. The hotel was 5 to 10 minute walk to the beach, shops etc so we was happy with the location. Overall this was a pleasant stay. Please don't be put off with some of the negative reviews as we had nice, clean rooms.

Great value hotel. I recently stayed for 3 nights for a conference at the Winter Gardens & had a room on the top floor. The room was small, but I only paid around £25 per night, so great value. The bed was comfortable, there was plenty of hot water, it had a kettle etc, iron & ironing board, and was quiet enough. Manager, Kyle, also helpful. Would definitely recommend.
